Reception

Once guests are seated it’s time for the Entrances and introduction. Your DJ will line you up according to what we planned.

Usually the Entrance is in this order :

Newlyweds Parents 

Bridesmaids / Groomsmen 

Ring Bearer/ Flower Girl

Best Man (or women)

Maid/Matron of Honor 

Newlyweds 

Now there’s a few ways to do the special dances. Some couples rather get it over with right after the Grand Entrance while others rather have dinner first. What ever you decide is up to you.

These are the main special dances:

First Dance 

Father/Daughter 

Mother/Son

Bridal Party Dance 

once the newlyweds takes their seats dinner will officially start. Usually after guests are finished eating the best man ( or women) and Maid of Honor will make their speeches. Once they finish the Newlyweds will make their speech ( if they want) sometimes the parents make speeches. But this will all be in the timeline a head of time.

If you chose to do the first dance and specialty dance after dinner this would be the time to do so.
If the dances has already been done prior to dinner then the DJ will open the dance floor. 

Once the beginning portion is all complete the DJ will then open the dance floor for everyone. During this time we will do the boutique/garter toss and the cake cutting as well as any other activities you choose to do.
